Under this law, when you buy our goods, they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what they’re designed to do.

Provided you have a proof of purchase, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If a major failure arises due to the design or manufacturing of the goods, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
